Desperate Dealer

So rude and un professional. Surprised they are still in business. Very little cars to look at and such a small staff I assume their tactics are starting to make them suffer.

Shopping for a Highlander

Dave and Ken made my buying experience great! I had done my search online, but needed to see the car in person for the new body style and colors, exterior and interior. What they had in their inventory suited my wants and desires! Dave, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me what all the gadgets did! Ken, in the financial department made my buying easy! Great job, Straatmann Toyota!
