Tony overkamp, great customer service. Great pricing from him. The second prius I've bought, in the past 4 years. We will be back when our other prius wears out. 2007 prius will be the next one I replace.

Ryan did a great job of listening to what we wanted and staying focused on our preferences. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job walking through the features before and after purchase. The process was quick and did not involve any high pressure tactics. It was our second experience with Pappas and we would do so again.
