New tires, also low tire sensor replaced.
They are always courteous and helpful. Waiting area is spacious and very clean. I like that they always explain what’s been done or what they will do.

Looking for a White RAV4
It was excellent, we looked at cars - you did have a white RAV4 ... your sales rep was fun and he drove it out in the county for us. (I didn't want to drive it) We went to lunch to talk about it privately. A manager said he’d buy our lunch if we came back ... we did and it had almost gotten sold from under us ... but then the couple changed their minds and we got it . A receptionist kept my boyfriend entertained! The closing portion is painful... I refinanced it within days at a much lower interest (I knew I had great credit; but a $12,000 car that was totaled from hydroplaning in the rain)was still on my record. We drove away with a three year old RAV4 (30,000 miles on it) and I have loved it ever since. I drive 100 miles a day and it’s been wonderful . We had two dead batteries for the two FOBs and came back and your service rep was GREAT. When we were there a sales rep came out and talked me through syncing my phone with the car! I was having trouble with my trunk(boot)and we called service and he was able to talk me through a trunk fix right over the phone - awesome service call!!!!!
