Mandatory upcharge
Put a deposit down on the next Rav4 Prime they receive. I was called and told it was in and, lucky me, they are adding a protection package to the vehicle for $2100.00. I spoke with the sales manager and told him I had no interest in it and reluctantly he said ok. He calls back and says he already ordered the product so they will only sell it with the protection. I offered to pay the cost of the product instead of the additional $2100. He said no - they are only selling it with the protection (which hadn't yet been applied and despite my deposit for the next vehicle). I call to speak with the general manager and instead get a call back from this same worthless sales manager. I purchased the vehicle as the Primes are difficult to get. When I go for a test drive they didn't even have the vehicle charged. Sales person had no idea how the vehicle worked and couldn't give us an overview despite having the vehicle for more than a week prior to test drive. When asked about the charging cable the sales manager said he didn't think it was included despite it being listed on vehicle details. We went over some spots and areas that had to be cleaned/detailed. When going to purchase the vehicle they never included my deposit. After several phone calls they finally add it - but didn't list it as a deposit. Despite telling them how much I was putting down on the vehicle it took over 2 hours for them to get the purchase paperwork correct. Upon arrival to the dealership several spots were not taken care of -we had to wait another hour for them to clean the vehicle properly. Seat memory didn't function properly - had to google it to get it to work - something the dealership should have taken care of before we took posession. As for the general manager I attempted to reach him MULTIPLE times - he was never available. I never received a return call despite leaving at least 3 messages. Absolutely the WORST new car purchase experience of my life.

Lack of service
After 40 plus years excellent service at Other Toyota dealers, this dealership is a big disappointment. After our initial purchase with Rudy who was very helpful, service went down hill.

Rav4 hybrid
I had a 2015 compass that was due for some major work. Instead of sinking money into it, I decided to trade it in on a RAV4 hybrid. In so glad Rudy was able to get me the car of my dreams in my favorite color, blueprint. I had to wait a bit but after reserving it a head up time,it was such an easy process!
