Jessie, internet sales, did a great job providing timely
Jessie, internet sales, did a great job providing timely vehicle information, availability and pricing. Elliott, sales person, was very professional, polite and took the time to answer all of my concerns. Rudy, finance person, took the time to explain the optional protection coverages, which provided a value-added service during the sale. Josh, sales manager, made sure we were happy throughout the sales process. Being an older female buyer, the process was one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences I’ve had and look forward to purchasing my next car with the team.

Jayden and the service tecnician’s help and advice was
Jayden and the service tecnician’s help and advice was excellent!!! They went through all of my records and asked about how I operate my truck before advising me on how to proceed. Jayden found discounts that I was eligible for and applied them, as well as, providing access to a vehicle while the work was completed. I’ve had good experiences with other dealerships, but none as personal as this one! I and my daughter, who recently purchased a Sienna, plan to continue our relationship with Germain Toyota for any maintenance and new vehicles. I greatly appreciate their approach and efforts!
