Jayden and the service tecnician’s help and advice was
Jayden and the service tecnician’s help and advice was excellent!!! They went through all of my records and asked about how I operate my truck before advising me on how to proceed. Jayden found discounts that I was eligible for and applied them, as well as, providing access to a vehicle while the work was completed. I’ve had good experiences with other dealerships, but none as personal as this one! I and my daughter, who recently purchased a Sienna, plan to continue our relationship with Germain Toyota for any maintenance and new vehicles. I greatly appreciate their approach and efforts!

Called for an oil change and tire rotation, was able to squeeze me in on Friday, 11-14-25, if I could drop the car off in the morning. Dropped the car off at 8:00am and was completed by 10:30am. Very polite and efficient!
