I had a 10:30 appointment for a lube, oil and filter.
I had a 10:30 appointment for a lube, oil and filter. I didn’t need a tire rotation or anything other than standard. At 12:15, after waiting for 1 -3/4 hours, I walked back to the service area and the girl was just finishing the paperwork. She said my car was outside past the trees. I walked down 2 isles and couldn’t find it. I went back in and the girl said she would get it. Appointments are booked to schedule a reasonable time. I have never had to wait that long at any other facility.
