I had a great experience with Parkway Toyota of Boston
I had a great experience with Parkway Toyota of Boston after an initial disappointment. I had went there to complete a deal on a vehicle that we had previously agreed a price and set up an appointment for, but on getting there, I was told the vehicle was sold before my arrival but the GM; James Calihan, GSM; Tomas Sanchez ensured I got another similar vehicle within a week and even gave me more discount than the previous one to compensate for the earlier disappointment. The registration process was handled smoothly and they did not try to force any ads on on me. The sales rep, David Demosthene, who took charge of the deal completion was also helpful with his communication. Making customers happy is very essential in keeping a customer, irrespective of whether a deal is completed or not, and they have proved that with my experience.
