Five-star process from beginning to end! I felt Sean, our sales agent, walked us through the process of buying a Toyota. We discussed our needs, then walked through the inventory and landed on the car we wanted! Lining things up for the sale and financing was simple. We are delighted with our purchase and with our treatment at Bristol Toyota! Great souls!

Bristol Toyota is the best! The sales people always greet you with a smile and are kind. The finance department makes sure you are knowledgeable about your options for different warranties. I have worked with Jimmy at least three times and he has been nothing short of amazing each time.

I worked with Hector in sales and Jonathan in finance, and they truly made the whole process as painless as possible. We went on a Sunday morning so the wait was definitely long, but it was clear they were busy. Even with that, both of them were patient, helpful, and made everything go smoothly. Just give yourself some time because the car-buying process is… well, a process. These guys made it tolerable, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
