Purchased a Toyota Tacoma from imperial Toyota of Milford. Great experience dealing with them. My sales person was Ahmad Abdalla. no pressure. It got late in the afternoon and Ahmad and Mo drove my new truck to my home a 40 minute ride west at 6pm.. They transferred my plates and drove off with my trade. I had equipment that needed to be removed from my trade. Plus I wasn’t planning on purchasing that day. When I returned for my inspection sticker the service dept was friendly, easy and fast. Also a shout out to Mo another salesman who assisted at first finding my truck in the lot after someone said it was sold.. Also that they are just off of 495 and minutes from the Massachusetts turnpike.

Overall I had a great experience buying a new car at Toyota. Rahul was very personable and accommodating, he is fantastic! However, Desiree in the financial department was probably our only (and major) complaint. As I have worked in customer service before I am very understanding about wait times, etc and am not one to complain. Rahul made us feel like he cared about our needs even when things didn't go as expected. Desiree talked down to us in a belittling way on multiple occasions. We were happy to wait patiently to be seen by her which was not the problem, but when we were finally seen after 2 hrs (we were told 30 mins) and asked about the wait politely, her response was "I've been busy with customers" in a condescending manner. It took 2-3 weeks of calling and voicemails to try to get in contact with her about an adjusting insurance and when I finally did she had no apologies. I paid for this car myself and every time I spoke with her the response was "I already spoke to your dad about this" (even so, she did not communicate clearly to him) instead of just kindly answering my questions as a first time car buyer. Again, I usually am very understanding as I know Desiree deals with customers day in and day out as I do myself and thought she was just having a bad day when it happened the first time; however this type of attitude occurred with every interaction. She speaks to people as if they are wasting her time and like she is above them.

I would recommend Imperial Toyota. Pleasant to work with. Got a good deal on the car I wanted.
