Dropped my car off for service and they always do a good job ! Recommend not scheduling around lunch time as the mechanics are usually on lunch !

I had an appointment at 915 and waited in the lounge
I had an appointment at 915 and waited in the lounge area. I watched a car that arrived significantly after I arrived get pulled into the bay. At 10:30 I went to the desk and asked what the point of a 915 appointment if my car was still in the parking area at 1030. I was given excuses and decided to leave. Poor customer service that fell way short of my expectations.
