Eric was great to work with as an internet salesman. He corresponded with me promptly via email and text, always providing clear, detailed information without any pressure. He gave me an accurate out-the-door price up front (no games or surprises), and even sent a short video of the Camry I was interested in so I could get a better feel for the car before visiting. His transparency and effort made it much easier for me to narrow down my choice of dealership, and I genuinely appreciated how simple he made the process. When I arrived, Gerry, the salesperson at the dealership, was equally impressive. He was very professional, answered my questions clearly, and respected that I was comparing options. I actually had another appointment scheduled with a competitor to test drive the same vehicle before making my final decision, but I didn’t end up needing it. Gerry was able to provide the confidence, information, and fair pricing I needed to commit to the purchase right there. Overall, both Eric and Gerry made the process straightforward and comfortable, and I’m very happy with my decision. Sunny was also terrific. WOW! Braintree Toyota is absolutely the BEST. I travel an hour each way to get service there and I have purchased 2 cars from them- very fair and honest transactions. A special shout out to SAM- he has guided me through 2 purchases. H always goes above and beyond what is expected to make sure I get what I need. I want to also mention Freddie in the financial department- a pleasure to work with him. He put me under no pressure to accept anything and explained every detail.
