We purchased a car for my mother-in-law yesterday at Hertrich Chevrolet of Pocomoke, and the experience was outstanding thanks to Jake J.. We began communicating with Jake via text the day before our visit and then drove three hours to pick up the vehicle. From start to finish, Jake was responsive, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with—both remotely and in person. He truly values his customers’ time, and because of that, we were in and out of the dealership within an hour, which we greatly appreciated. As long as Jake continues working at this dealership, we will absolutely return for future vehicle purchases. Buying a new car can be a time consuming, unpleasant experience. Jaron got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It was also quickly apparent that Jaron was a knowledgeable and experienced Toyota salesman. Time spent in the finance office with Dana was quick and painless. Dana suggested additional protection plans but never pressured us which was greatly appreciated. Overall rating is A+ Conclusion…….ask for Jaron when looking for a new Toyota.
