⚠️⚠️Poor communication. Even WORSE customer service. Was told part was going to be in upon arrival of our appointment. Numerous phone calls were made to make sure this was going to be the case. Gave them part number and everything. Drove an hour and twenty minutes to be told they don't have the part. Waste of my time. Waste of my gas. Now I have to come back yet again when my work time is not in the way and drive another 2hrs and 20 minutes round trip to do what I was told was going to be done during this appointment. Again, we did our due diligence at every angle to make sure this appointment would be handled properly. Wont be back. Straight up lied to. Don't trust Ira Toyota

I brought my 2007 tundra here for service. Approx. 1 week later I had another dealership do some other service. They found a large leak coming from the area that IRA Toyota had performed the service on. I asked them to diagnose the problem. They diagnosed it and found that some hose clamps had been out on too tight, cracking the hose. They had used the wrong type of clamps and a large list of other things that should have been done differently. They recommended that I bring it back to IRA and have them fix it properly. It wasn't drive able, so I asked IRA to tow it back there, they wouldn't. I had AAA tow it there. IRA found that it was their mechanic's fault and they put the hoses on correctly and tested the system. When I asked they did not explain WHY this happened. They also didn't explain if they had replaced the wrong hose clamps. This is the second time that I've had to tow this truck back to IRA after having service done there. I explained the other failure in another review, but I will summarize , they gave me a safety inspection and then after I left I blew a brake line. I was more willing to give them another chance then. Not anymore. I WONT BE BACK. And I'll also recommend that none of my friends or family go there either.
