Went to Charlie’s Toyota with a preapproved loan and 10k
Went to Charlie’s Toyota with a preapproved loan and 10k in cash. After being passed to the third sales person met with Kevin Rackliff. One of 5 sales Managers. Kevin provided a quote at full MSRP stating there was no discounting because these vehicles are popular. After leaving and purchasing elsewhere he sent a text offering a 3800 dollar discount. Very disrespectful and condescending.

Sean the manager should not be working with customers. He is rude and condescending. We had just worked out a deal 2 hours prior, and while discussing the deal with my wife, I got a call from Sean. His first words in a very smart aleck tone were "Are you interested in this vehicle or not?" I am no longer interested in this vehicle and I will never do business at Charlie's Toyota of Augusta Maine again. So much for customers being #1

I've bought 3 vehicles from Charlie's, My sales People were great but the guy that sits in the podium ruined me going back ever again with his rude mouth. You think after buying a new vehicle for the 3rd time they could fill my gas tank but the guy on the podium turnd to my salesperson and said NO! we have done enough! You could see the discouragement in the sales person's eyes as well. I will never shop at Charlie's Toyota again!
