Fourth week waiting on a part for my truck & no eta. In addition, no loaner. The fourth vehicle I’ve purchased no respect & horrible service

My Truck was in the shop for a week in a half waiting on a part. They told my wife they don’t loaners, & I can come pick up the truck & drive like that until part comes in. A week later still no part & no eta on part. The said the might have a corolla for a loaner & they would get back. Still haven’t heard from them and another week has gone by total of three weeks & no loaner. Keep in mind this is the 4 vehicle we have brought from them.

Just recently my Toyota tundra went in the shop . I was told no eta on the part, no loaner vehicle was possible. After a week, still no eta on part, then told I was able to come get the vehicle & drive it like that until the part arrives. I live a hour away & asked again about a loaner vehicle was told maybe now a Toyota Corolla and they would be in touch. Still 3 days later no word, no loaner vehicle & still no eta on part. I’m displeased with the service. Not to mention I’ve purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Musson Patout ; A; Avalon, Charger, Genesis & Tundra. Where is the respect?
