I had an amazing experience buying a car from here! I was driving 6 hours away to do so I had a lot of questions. I worked with someone named Matt over the phone. He went above and beyond to answer my tons of questions, I felt very well taken care of which is hard to find anymore! When I came to pick up my car, Barney and Jackson helped me buy the car, they were also super nice and made the experience amazing!

Premium price for horrible customer service
If you want to pay a premium price and receive horrible customer service, then Toyota of Somerset is the place for you. They completely wasted our time and gas when we drove up from Bowling Green. After clearly communicating to the salesman multiple times exactly what we are interested in, he called and told us they had two in the store. Nope, they didn't. And even though we drove 3 hours 20 minutes, they did nothing to help us out, never mind make us whole. Don't waste your time and effort here.

GREAT TEAM TO WORK WITH
My husband and I live in Antioch, TN which is 3 hours from Somerset. We were looking for a convertible Solara and he found it on Carfax. He contacted the dealership and Edwin was our sales man. He was very patience with my husband and worked a deal for us. They had the paperwork all ready for us when we got there. Thank you Barney. You guys have made our journey awesome. We can’t thank you both enough. Even though we have only had it for the day we have really enjoyed it.
