I inquired about a used Toyota listed online and they didn't even bother to answer my basic questions. Instead, about a week later they get back to me to say that the car was sold, but they could assist me with buying something else. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Don't waste your time with this place, because they don't respond to basic questions or respect your time! Go somewhere else.

Instead, more than a week later, he contacted me to say that the car was sold, but he could help me with buying something else. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional! I would suggest that anybody interested in a vehicle to look somewhere else. These people are not to be trusted, since they lack integrity and basic courtesy of answering simple questions! Go somewhere else.

We bought a new Corolla hybrid on 10/18/2025. Our salesman was Russ Dandeneau and the business manger was Becky Willett. I have never experienced such great service! Becky was amazing with helping us get exactly what we needed. We will travel to Murray again next time we need a new Toyota (we live over 2 hours away). We just can’t say enough positive about this team!
