I had a very bad experience at Toyota, a Bowling Green. I purchased a car on a Friday afternoon on Monday. I had found out the insurance I had was going to double after shopping around nothing was looking any better I called the dealership they told me the car is mine. I bought it, they did not offer me any other options. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional not to offer me anything else. I had equity in my car a great amount. It’s not as if I walked in there empty-handed I would have been returning customer had they worked with me. I did ask the general manager. If there was someone else I could speak with. He told me he was it, which led me to believe he on the dealership. No surprise to me that is not true. I did call the dealership back and expressed my concerns. I was told someone would give me a call. I have not received any call to date.
