Rick Collins Toyota

I’m a very unhappy customer. I purchased a used vehicle from Rick Collins Toyota in October 2025. I wanted a newer used mid-sized SUV and went to look around. I ended up buying a 2023 Subaru they had on the lot. I was told it didnt have automatic start and that is a deal breaker for me. My garage is unattached. I was told one could be installed and they would send it to the Subaru dealership to do so. I was charged over $500 for the aftermarket product. I have since been to the Subaru dealership for additional problems with the vehicle and they had no record of the starter installation. It was done elsewhere. I was also informed that the vehicle does have automatic start through Starlink costing $100 a YEAR ! So in summary, I paid an unnecessary large amount for something I didn’t need. When I called to complain Matt did apologize for the lack of knowledge of the sales staff but didn’t offer any resolution. Very disappointing. Shame on you Rick Collin’s Toyota. Buyer beware !

Just bought a 2022 Tacoma from these guys. Hilario was a very knowledgeable salesman and answered every question I had. Jake in finance was awesome as well. We went in close to closing time, but all the guys stayed late to make sure I was able to drive home in my new pickup that day! Will recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!
