My wife tried to buy a used car from these people. She was pre approved from two lenders. The car was supposed to be delivered Friday then Saturday, finally I took a day off from work to wrap this up only to be told that she didn’t get approved. After being delayed for days and being told that she had the car it was very upsetting to her. I will never do business with them again.

I bought a used 09 Tacoma. Before purchasing, I found that the alternator belt was worn and needed replaced. Freddie (salesman) had it inspected and offered me the choice to knock the cost of the repair off purchase price, or they'd fix it for the prior negotiated price. After I got the truck home, I noticed the headlights, both high and low beam, were not working. The previous owner had installed a HID kit that was no longer working. My truck was bought "as-is" and Freddie and Ed Martin could have simply told me "your problem", but Freddie again gave me options to get the issue fixed at no cost to me. I had the option of taking my truck to another Toyota dealership and sending Ed Martin the bill, or bring the truck back and they'd fix it for free. Needless to say, both Freddie and Ed Martin went above and beyond for me and they have earned my loyalty as a customer.
