Manager was not present when I had an issue. Waited 3 hours long time customer 29plus years. Very disappointed with my service.

I had an issue and the manager was too busy to listen to my concerns. Unfortunate...the mechanic dealt. with my concerns instead. I have taken/purchased my cars from Jordan for over 20 years. It's sad that the management was too busy to listen to my concerns.
