Salesperson lied to me about my used vehicle price included complete warranty. Financial person included several warranties that I had declined, and changed financial terms from 48 months to 60 months without letting me know. After contacting them I was told that there was nothing they could do about that, it was already at the bank. She said she would be able to cancel two of the warranties, but not the third one, because it was already done for $899. The had told me they were washing the car before I picked it up! What a scam!
