My car was fixed in a timely manner.
My car was fixed in a timely manner. I was vwry happy about that. I however felt really slighted with the following. - When I initially called Jennifer to book a service appointment she offered me a loaner car for up to a day in the event the service could not be completed before the 6 pm closing time. When I showed up for the appontment she literally asked me if I could be taken around by a shuttle bus, insinuating that there was no free loaner at the moment! I politely refused that. She went outside and within a couple of minutes she came up with a loaner truck for me. I wonder why Jennifer would only offer a shuttle bus after seeing me in person when she had not given it as an option when I initially talked to her on the phone? It does NOT pass the smell test! Proud black lady owner of a 2002 Toyota Sequoia Josephin

Everything went well and price quoted was honored. Car repair was completed on time. Loaner car was greatly appreciated. I will be back as needed.
