Poor Customer Service

I can’t find anyone at Kenny Kent Toyota on Division St. who knows how to sell and install a Toyota battery in a Toyota car. Called the parts department and one clerk said I didn’t need an appointment to get a battery installed but another clerk said I did. I was transferred to the service department to get an appointment and just got a recording saying the person wasn’t available. .Couldn’t find the manager’s email address on the website. Called the sales department who transferred me to the main operator.

Worst Toyota service department in the country

For the last 20 years I have always purchasedToyota cars and trucks. I honestly cannot recommend this Service department to anyone. They are truly the worst among all other Toyota dealers. I regret going there every time I occasionally forget how bad they are.
