⭐ Disappointed and Frustrated — Wish I’d Bought My 2025
⭐ Disappointed and Frustrated — Wish I’d Bought My 2025 Sienna Elsewhere I really wanted to like this dealership, but my experience has been frustrating. They promised a “free tank of gas” in exchange for a positive review — something I never received — so keep that in mind when you see their 5-star ratings. It’s been about ten months since I purchased my 2025 Toyota Sienna, and the vehicle has spent multiple months in their service department. Almost every repair has required return visits because issues weren’t fixed correctly the first time. I’ve owned many vehicles, and this has been the least reliable service experience I’ve had. I expected far better from a Toyota dealership. I hope management and Toyota corporate take this feedback seriously and make improvements. Until then, I’d strongly recommend buying your Toyota somewhere else.

Worst experience ever- both with the sales and service
Worst experience ever- both with the sales and service dept. I ignored my gut and went ahead and bought an SUV with them. Three months later, it dies on me late at night on the highway. I have it towed to the dealership-- I call the first day to check in, but by the fourth day and no calls, I'm stopping by because they don't answer their phones or return messages. They tell me my fuel pump isn't accurately telling the car how much gas is in it, so I ran no gas but had no idea because my gauge was still telling me I had over a 1/4 of a tank. I think I'm getting a new fuel pump to fix this problem, right? No, they want me to pay $250 for the diagnostic but because the shop foreman thinks the float might have just got stuck, I should "drive it around til the gauge gets about 1/4 tank and see if it dies again. Then we'll know and can replace the fuel pump!" What the *** is that!? Couldn't they do that, so they could test it-- rather than me with my children in the car??? Because I'm sure if it happens again and I'd have to bring it back, they'd charge me the diagnosis again plus the cost of the fuel pump!
