3 We had an appt with a salesman, he apparently booked 2 appts at the same time. After an hour and 15 minutes, we found another salesman to help. He found the Highlander we wanted in Merrillville. That dealership wanted a car at your place. Well, the call wasn't made soon enough and after a period of time, the Highlander in MV was sold. Not good. So we left.
