Purchasing a new RAV4 okay

After searching on cars.com we found a dealership within 3 hours away that had the RAV4 with most of the options we wanted. We made an appointment, they did a hold for us while we're driving 3 hours. Upon arriving the RAV4 was sitting out and we met our salesperson Jim. He was excellent. He explained to us the workings of the car the options on the car and seemed to care that we had the vehicle we wanted that would meet our needs. He went with us on a test drive explained and demonstrated everything the car would do on the road. We felt very comfortable with Jim and we're more than happy with him as our salesperson. The great job that Jim did explaining everything and demonstrating everything inside and out and taking care of one thing we noticed was missing a piece of trim is the main reason we bought the car that and our past experience with Toyota cars. Jim took care of the missing trim right away. We met with Amanda in finance We liked Amanda. unlike in the past at some dealerships where they try to pressure you into buying aftermarket or extended warranties or whatever she simply offered it, and when we said no, she moved on. The interest rate was satisfactory they were able to beat what we had at our home financial institution by a little more than less than a half percent. We then dealt with their sales manager his name was Dave. He was strictly business, and it is his job to make as much money for the dealership as he can and that was quickly apparent. Due to the current new car shortage and chip shortage buying a car at this time doesn't leave you to get the best deal you've ever had. He did work with us a little but we feel he could have done better. He's very business like either we accepted their price and offer on the car we did not. After we talked it over we decided to buy our new RAV4 and trade in our Prius and be done with it. The ratings I feel were mostly average, not the best or worse car buying experience we've had. Jim was above average Amanda and the financing was a above average. We did appreciate the no gimmicks no pressure no games here's the car here's how it works there's a financing we can offer you here's the price we're going to give you for your car here's a price you're going to pay for your new car If you buy it from us done.The place was the facility was very clean and nice and comfortable professional.

The salesman Dave was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted right away when I walked and didn’t feel pressured to buy a vehicle. We were in and out in 2 hours with our used vehicle
