I had an excellent experience working with sales
I had an excellent experience working with sales representative Sergio Montiel and Finance Manager Duane Price. They were extremely helpful, hospitable, informative, and respectful, and genuinely took their time throughout the entire process. Both made the vehicle purchasing experience smooth and stress-free. They truly listened to what I wanted and made sure everything stayed within my comfort level. Overall, a job very well done by both of them.

This three-star rating is due to the lack of respect I experienced from sales representative Julianna Sapozhnikov and the general sale manager, Kyle Richards. I traveled over an hour prepared to purchase a vehicle outright with secured funds, yet was told dealership financing was required, which I declined because I already had my financing secured via a credit union. During this process, Julianna stated that “the check may bounce,” which was inappropriate and unprofessional, especially since I later learned other options were available, contradicting what was initially communicated. When discussing pricing, I was told adjustments would be minimal and that management was “too busy” to negotiate. I then decided to walk. Combined with inconsistent information, poor hospitality, and dismissive behavior, this experience left me feeling racially profiled. While this may not reflect the entire sales team, customers should be treated with respect and not judged based on appearance, assumptions or prior experiences. Everyone should be handled with care, equally and fairly.
