Liars and thieves.
Liars and thieves. Finance manager Greg Guy is a weirdo nut. Service department is a joke! Should be laws against this predatory behavior, will never buy a Toyota again. Worst experience of my life. Ripped me off on trade in, ripped me off on the rust protection/undercoat. (Which i can prove they never did). Car doesn't even drive straight and they tell me its normal for this model. Anyone reading this go buy a Ford - I should have.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle from them was lied to about extended warranty we purchased and having transmission issues with under 60,000 miles on a new tacoma have had it to hiland toyota and billion auto was advised to drive it in manual mode 5th gear but nothing is wrong with it. So please don't waist your money on a new Toyota sincerely a pissed off customer

Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.
