Bought a new 2023 Venza, 4th car purchased from Wills Toyota. Horrible customer service- will never go back. Wills sales person misrepresented the car options. We paid cash and there was nothing they would consider to help us with a satisfactory purchase. Manager said “ sometimes we lose customers” and that’s okay

Hello Doug, I am not sure why you have taken the time to leave us another review well over two months since this incident. After some research, I found you had the same trim level Venza that you wanted and wrongly assumed it had the same features. Your Sales Associate Jake mentioned you never specifically asked if it had them or told him that those features were very important to you. Doug, in our showroom you also took accountability and said that it was your fault for not doing your due diligence of checking and asking about the features. These kind of things happen, they are unfortunate, and we came to that understanding. Though I am a little confused why you said that we did not doing anything to help you. This statement is simply not true and you are aware of that. It is unfortunate you are trying to misrepresent the specific details in order to paint an alternate reality from what actually happened Doug. We let you know that we would 100% take the vehicle back. We simply and fairly asked that you purchase something else since you still wanted and needed a new vehicle. You then said no, and stated that you had already picked out a Mazda at another dealership. We did give you options of picking out any other new Toyota you wanted, and even one that included the same features that were missing. You declined once again due to changing your mind and wanting a Mazda now instead. Which seemed like an unfortunate case of buyer's remorse. We wish you the best of luck moving forward Doug. We walked in not sure if we would be able to buy a car in the short time frame we had. Casey was great. He help us get a car in a couple of weeks and then spent the time we needed helping us understand the technology this new car had.
