Less than an hour after buying a car from them it went completely haywire. I couldn't even make it home and had to leave the car at a gas station to be towed in the morning. I am positive they cleared the codes and put this car on the lot to be sold. They said they would have their guy look at it, of course they are now saying it is fine and refuse to refund me and return the car. I bought a $30,000 piece of junk. All I want is to return the car I put less than 30 miles on! They claim to have morals and "care" about their customers... they obviously do NOT!!! Ripping off innocent people, taking my hard earned money of a.mother of two babies to line their pockets.

O star dealer.

Worst place to make a purchase. Stiff non negotiable prices. Worst car dealership to deal with. Don't waist your time, buy someplace else. At least you'll get fair price for your trade.

Turned into the worst car buying experience

Reviewed by JH in Boise, IDJanuary 16, 2019

Wish I could give them zero stars... My recommendation is to find someone else to do business with!! Buying a vehicle through their sales manager, Nick Dominguez, turned into the worst car buying experience of my life. In my opinion he is a liar, manipulative, and cheats hard working people out of their money. He does not honor the deals he makes with people, then twists the information to cover his butt. I doubt he knows how to be honest. We even tried to give Edmark the opportunity to fix the error but only got told too bad by the liar himself, Nick. Then the general manager - Miles Edmark told us there was nothing they could do, which we all know there is always something that can be done to make things right. It just proved that they don't care about the customer. they prefer to believe the liars they employ even when the customer points out the lies. We tried to give the chance to prove that they were not like other car dealers, that they were honest and trustworthy. All they proved to us was they are worse than any other car dealers.

About Edmark Toyota

Tom Scott Toyota has been family owned and operated in the Treasure Valley for over 40 years. We started in 1971 as a Mazda Dealership, added Subaru in 1972, and finally Toyota in 1995. Because of the growth in our community we decided to move our dealership to a more central location that could better serve our customers, selling the original franchises and becoming a single-point Toyota dealership. Even though our business has grown, we have not lost sight of what really matters, our customers. We are as devoted to customer service today as we were in the early days when it was just Tom Scott and a couple of sales associates.
