We are fairly new to the area, and with the lease on our Subaru Outback ending this month, we began searching for our next car. We were expecting to explore several options including Subaru, Lexus, Audi, and Toyota and were prepared to visit multiple dealerships across the greater Atlanta aea, Peachtree City, and Newnan. I rarely take the time to write reviews but our experience at Toyota of Newnan was so positive that it absolutely deserved one. It began with what I thought would be a routine online chat to ask a few basic questions. Instead, I found myself communicating with Xyla, who was so knowledgeable, professional and responsive that I honestly assumed she must be an AI assistant. But no, she’s very real ( we met her) and she made the entire process of scheduling a visit and test-drive effortless. When we arrived for our appointment, our salesperson Austin was literally waiting outside for us. As I approached the dealership, he called out, “Mr. Wolff? Welcome to Toyota of Newnan.” That small gesture set the tone. Austin provided the kind of service you rarely see anymore: thoughtful, patient and genuinely helpful. At one point, when he stepped away to get keys for a test drive, I turned to my wife and said, “If the Prius is as good as the service we’re getting from Austin and Xyla, we don’t need to go anywhere else.” During our visit, Ryan, who appeared to be a sales manager, stopped by to answer several of our questions. There was zero pressure, no gimmicks and no upselling. In fact, Austin made recommendations that lowered the price for us, something almost unheard of in car buying. We ended up purchasing a Prius Plug-In Hybrid and it was honestly the smoothest, fastest and most enjoyable car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Even after the sale, Austin has continued to be incredibly responsive. We reached out today with a few follow-up questions and he handled them immediately. If you’re looking for true customer service, professionalism and people who treat you with respect from start to finish, go see Austin (and say hello to Xyla and Ryan) at Toyota of Newnan. They turned what is often a stressful process into an easy, pleasant and truly exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Great facility, clean and well organized, easy to access. Seems to have good and caring leadership.

Third time purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership and never a disappointment. Will continue to go back for any future needs.
