Best to stay away from this dealership. Responsiveness by sales team was pretty poor. 3-4 promises unfulfilled. Sales manager also gave the illusion that he would go down on price to suit my desire but then awoke the next morning with amnesia like that discussion never happened. Acted dumb long enough for a bitter taste to develop causing me to cancel contact…. What a let down.

BJ, thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry that your experience with us left you feeling disappointed. That’s not the level of communication or trust we work hard to provide. After reviewing the situation with our Used Car Sales Manager, Lloyd, my understanding is that you and he had already agreed on a price that was actually lower than the updated online price you later saw. When the price changed on our website the next day, we weren’t able to apply an additional discount on top of the already agreed-upon price (as the price you had was still lower than the online price) and also include delivery of the truck to Louisiana, which understandably was frustrating for you. That said, we should have done a better job clearly explaining this upfront so there were no unmet expectations or “unfulfilled promises.” We appreciate you considering Marietta Toyota and would be open to speaking further if you’d like to revisit the conversation. I recently had car service and the experience was very poor at Mariatta Toyota. They didn’t wash my car and it happens most of the time. Also service person told me They will do oil change and it’s free but when I went to take car they charged me for tire rotation and didn’t chnaged the oil
