I have a 1990 Toyota Pickup with a 22RE Motor... I had Dublin Toyota look at it and put on Diagnostics. They Confirmed I had major wiring problems and and Internal engine problem. Nick of there Service Dept. Talked with me about my issues and gave me some direction. Being there were so many problems with the Truck and Wiring they basically Refunded Me my Money...all of it,which was way more than Fair! Nick realized that the truck had so many problems that they would Refund the Diagnostic Cost. I Appreciate the fact they went Above and Beyond.. I will definitely use there Service Dept. Again with my other Vehicles! Thanks again....Ron Boney

Bought a vehicle here that turned out to have water damage and the sails manager did nothing but make false promises and lies.

My husband and I purchased a new Tacoma truck about 5 months ago and we love it! We wanted to commend our salesman, Colby Yates, who Jerry Pitts recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with the whole purchase process and located the truck we were looking for. When it was delivered, he spent a great deal of time getting us set up in it. He explained and reviewed all the features the truck had to offer, which had a lot, with which we were not familiar. My husband was disappointed that Toyota does not offer CD players in the trucks anymore and Colby went above and beyond to try to help us with other options to be able to play my husband's music in the truck. He even copied a stack of CDs onto a jump drive and showed us how we could then play that in the truck, since we were not versed in how to do that ourselves. He went way out of his way to help us and was so nice throughout. We would highly recommend Pitts Toyota and especially Colby Yates to others looking for a great vehicle.
