Worst dealership possible.
They have lied from day one of purchase. They have the worst customer service. If you are looking for a Toyota go to a dealership in Atlanta or Chattanooga. Avoid NG Toyota in dalton.

Excellent dealership with professionalism displayed. They make you feel at home no matter where you’re from. People drive hundreds of miles to trade with the hometown folks. I know because I ask people who were waiting for their cars in service. I do this kinda stuff when I’m purchasing

Worst experience at a dealership EVER!
Pulled onto the lot at 5:05 New Year's Eve with every intent to drive home a new Camry for my wife. There were no salesman in sight. We walked the lot and found the car we wanted. Still no salesman in sight. We walked towards the showroom at 5:20 and when we got to the door, a young salesman came out and I told him we wanted to take a look at the Camry. He said let me ask my manager. He returned a couple minutes later and said his manager said they weren't working any more deals tonight. There are other Toyota dealerships close enough that will be getting my business from here on after. Sorry Ray Woodard... the review makes you have to pick a name when the truth is NO ONE there was willing to sell a car.
