Requested to include car was during my service on my last 4 visit. One visit the person talked me out said it was extremely long wait. The other three they said okay. After an extremely long waiting for vechile got to the car only to see the car was NOT was again. I am thinking they don't actually have a car wash machine or they are service providers are not putting in my request either way not happen with how long it takes when one has an appointment and no additional services to be performed

They showed me pictures of the services that I needed on my car, and then completed the services. I would've appreciated after pictures, but I trust that they did an excellent job.
