Great customer & maintenance service.
Great customer & maintenance service. I was immediately greeted & checked in. Service to be provided was explained before serving my vehicle. And completed by the estimated time. The restroom facilities were clean and spacious. A good selection of complimentary beverage were provided. My service rep Rajae was overall awesome and played a big part in making my experience so great. He gave personalized helpful information & next steps for future visit. No guess work!

4.5 hours of waiting in the lobby to complete a non-oil
4.5 hours of waiting in the lobby to complete a non-oil change complimentary service and infotainment software update is excessive, especially with an appointment early in the day. The lack of communication from the service advisor was frustrating. When pressed on what was taking so long, he insisted it was completing the warranty paperwork. My previous service experience at this dealership was not exceptional, but today was the last straw. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
