Toyota of Vero Beach

Will NEVER come back to that service department. I am so xxxxing angry and disappointed. They need to fire Louis Rojas as he doesn’t care about his customers and only cares about his pathetic little ego. I don’t know who put this idiot in charge of service and even as a service writer he was a piece of xxxx also. Unfortunately everything has to go through him before any service is done in your vehicle. I will be calling Toyota to file an official complaint against the dealership and this loser. I have lost over $20000 because of him. He belongs flipping burgers and even then I wouldn’t buy xxxx from this idiot. He knows nothing about customer service and doesn’t care. I have left to another dealership and I am treated like a true customer finally.

I took my 25 Tundra in for service and a couple repair issues. They are obviously stretched very thin in the service department. My issues weren't properly communicated to the technician. My truck was kept all day and they did nothing to address my issues. I will use a different dealership going forward because I don't think any other service department could be any worse than this one. I didn't receive any paperwork or even a consultation about my truck when I picked it up.

The service manager is the WORST! After 12 years of having my car serviced there, I will never go back!
