I had an amazing experience at Gettel Toyota. Thanks to Desmond! He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress free. Desmond took his time explaining every detail, and really made sure I left with the car that was right for me. His professionalism and friendly attitude made such a difference.

I am from out of town and I needed to bring my 2024 RAV4 in for routine maintenance. I walked away with a $500 bill and A handprint that took the finish off The exterior of my Passenger door. I have been trying to coordinate the Repair of the damage done to my car. Their customer service is horrible… I have yet to speak to the service department manager, though I have tried several times This is not the level of quality Or customer service I would expect from Toyota!

I recently purchased a lightly used vehicle from Gettel Toyota, and while my salesman was personable, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. Prior to my visit, I had conducted extensive research and maintained regular communication with both the salesman and the manager to negotiate terms, expedite the process, and set clear expectations. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, it became evident no preparations had been made. The purchasing process was lengthy and cumbersome, resulting in my departure from the dealership without registration, only one key fob, no owner’s manual, missing parts, and numerous unanswered questions. Additionally, despite my request for an introduction to the service department, I was not shown the facilities. I was even asked to sign paperwork indicating that I had received this introduction, which was not the case. During the course of the transaction, I realized that my salesman was new and this was his first sale. I commend his efforts and enthusiasm. However, the shortcomings of this experience can be attributed to the dealership's training methods. While they have a capable and motivated young professional on their team, there is significant room for improvement in their training approach. The real standout in this experience was Rhiannon, the finance director. Her efficiency, affability, and extensive knowledge made the process remarkably smooth. It was genuinely a pleasure to complete the paperwork under her guidance. As a frequent shopper and purchaser of vehicles, I typically enjoy the car-buying experience. Regrettably, my experience at Gettel was frustrating and disappointing. Given the circumstances, I do not anticipate returning to this dealership in the future.
