I want to give a special shoutout to Isai Lopez and his manager Norman at Al Hendrickson Toyota for truly going above and beyond during a very stressful and disappointing car situation. I had an ongoing issue with my car that required multiple visits, a lot of back-and-forth, and more patience than I expected to need. The situation itself was frustrating, but what made the difference was the way Isai and Norman handled it. They were professional, communicative, and genuinely committed to resolving the problem, even when it wasn’t easy. They made sure I had a loaner car while my vehicle was being worked on, which helped tremendously and showed real consideration for my time and daily life. Despite the stress of the situation, they stayed kind, attentive, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process. Because of Isai and Norman, what could’ve been a terrible experience turned into one where I actually felt supported and taken seriously. I truly appreciate their effort, persistence, and customer care, and I’m grateful they didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. Thank you both for your professionalism and dedication, it did not go unnoticed.
