Deluca Toyota

After having an unpleasant experience at another Toyota service department I decided to bring my 2022 Rav4 to DeLuca Toyota for 20k service. While this service department was much better, i was disappointed when Byron, the service advisor, told me I was going to need a new cabin filter soon. Unfortunately this was not true since I had just changed the filter myself! I don't blame Byron for the misinformation since he was just relaying the information on the vehicle inspection form which I assume was filled out by the service technician. I would say that the service technician did not physically look at the cabin filter otherwise he would have seen it was brand new and wouldn't have mentioned it on the report. I was glad however, that they didn't try and sell me a new filter that day but the fact it was mentioned is disappointing.

Employees friendly and efficient. I also like being able to get my nails done while waiting!

I decided it was time to trade my Toyota Tacoma in for an upgrade. Mine was a 2015 Tacoma Xspx. My "baby", such a beautiful truck. Hated to see her go. Our salesman that we dealt with over a span of a few days via phone. Text. Calls, photos etc... should be recognized at DeLuca. Even though he was in training, he was fantastic. Courteous, professional, thoughtful and kind. Thank you Tony! Richard was also our salesman, he helped us through the process of trading my 2015 in for a 2023. Thank you Richard for making the transition easy and fun. Thanks for understanding my reluctance of giving up my 2015 (sentimental reasons). And your knowledge of technology amazed me! And to Edwin in financing, thank you also, for being truthful, honest and fun to talk to. My husband, myself and mother in law Thank you 3 guys so much.! Between the 3 of us we have bought several vehicles from DeLuca, always treated with respect, professionalism and always had a few laughs.
