Good afternoon, the treatment was very good, but they need to be clear about things because from the beginning I said I did not want my credit checked, and that was the first thing they did. I am truly very disappointed and very upset. That is the last place I would go to get a car. Be very careful with that place, Kendall Toyota. They are very fast when it comes to getting you a car, but when you need an answer about something they did wrong, they never call you back and leave you on hold. I have called more than 10 times in 4 days.

not recommended to add the Wear N Tear!! I leased this car and purchased it at the end of the lease. Dealer wouldn't fix the wear N tear

A simple oil change 4 hours and still waiting. All the can say is that they are busy. Not coming here again
