Juliana at Arlington Toyota was great!! She patiently showed us a few vehicles and was very friendly and personable. We made a deal within an hour. She deserves five stars. The rest of the process was so painful… so many hours sitting around waiting and waiting was ridiculous. There is no reason to keep a customer waiting for over 3 hours to finalize paperwork. The dealership was not busy and we were not haggling, no excuses.
