Service from sales department was horrendous from large
Service from sales department was horrendous from large group of sales personnel outside who looked more like they were stealing cars than selling. My salesperson pawned me off to gentleman who was totally disinterested. Was abandoned for over half hour while my car was being appraised. Then came back with a contract with no explanation. Just told sell car to carvana as they offer more. Asked for the keys which I finally received however was not told where they put the car. Had to go back to separate building to get an answer. Was a clown show from the start. Exceptionally unprofessional.
