I’ve taken my brand new car twice to get serviced since I bought it in September because the brakes keep making an awful noise when I back up. It is now once again making noise and they tell me there’s nothing to do for now.

Never had a good experience with their Car Maintenance
Never had a good experience with their Car Maintenance Services. On multiple occasions, the wait time for a service is unreasonably long. If not for the lifetime warranty of the car battery I purchased from them, I would never come back to them. My last visit took me nearly four hours just to have my car battery replaced.
