I have been trying for over three weeks to get assistance
I have been trying for over three weeks to get assistance with refunding my GAP policy and extended computer warranty on a vehicle I traded in. During this time, the experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been hung up on, treated rudely, and my calls and emails have gone unanswered. When I call the main line, I get placed on hold for long periods of time only to be disconnected. Johnathan in Finance informed me that I do not qualify for a GAP or extended warranty refund due to mileage on my 2023 Highlander. This is simply inaccurate. GAP refunds are based on the term of the finance contract, not mileage, and the computer warranty is based on time, not miles driven. Despite pointing this out, they have refused to help me with getting the cancellation and refund processed. This is not the level of service anyone should expect, especially from a Toyota dealership. Customer service and respect for customers are clearly not a priority here. It was much better when this location operated as Gatorland Toyota. I’ve been a lifelong Toyota owner, but because of this experience, I will never do business with Gettel Toyota again and cannot recommend them to anyone who values honest treatment and customer service.

Buck helped my wife and I purchase our first vehicle.
Buck helped my wife and I purchase our first vehicle. He was super laid back and made us feel less stressed. He was very thorough, helpful, and kind. We’ve encountered car salesman in the past who don’t care about the customer, they only care about the sale. Buck was the exact opposite. He wants to help you, and we could feel that. 10/10

Lied to my son (a student there) and told him that the
Lied to my son (a student there) and told him that the only battery in stock was the most expensive battery they have ($380 installed). I called the parts department myself and plenty other $150 options available. After installation service advisor wanted to play hero and offered a $40 discount. Service Manager was apologetic and offered for us to take the car back and install a less expensive battery and refund the difference. If the service advisor is flat out lying to you, service manager should have offered something more than wasting more of my son's time and restored trust in their services. Probably last time we do business there.
