Do not return phone calls, or do what they say they’re going to do. Once they get your money, they’re done with you. Not a very good way to do business.

Unacceptable, Bait-and-Switch Tactics - Sold the Car While I Was Negotiating! My experience with Lipton Toyota was a complete waste of time and profoundly disappointing. I was actively negotiating the purchase of a 2018 Toyota Rav4 XLE on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025. I had a written offer on the table, but had to leave without finalizing due to an appointment. I asked my salesperson, Jose Suarez, if he could give me until Friday, the 24th, to finalize negotiations. He agreed and gave me his business card. Despite clear interest, the dealership sold the car out from under me without so much as a phone call or email warning. I only found out when I was called by a female staff member who wanted to know about my experience at the dealership, and what it would take for them to gain my business. Five minutes later, a different female staff member called me and informed me the Rav4 was sold within 2 days! No communication from my salesperson, Jose Suarez. Instead of maintaining professional communication, he completely ghosted me and, without any notification whatsoever, sold the vehicle to another party. This is not just poor customer service—it's unprofessional and unethical business practice. The lack of respect for a serious buyer’s time is stunning. If you are looking for a dealership that values transparency and honesty, do not go here. They demonstrated they are only interested in a quick sale, regardless of how they treat potential customers.
