Bruce Hrabia has been been the salesman for selling me my last two cars. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. If I ever buy more cars I will be sure to have Bruce as my salesman.

I love Toyota, I drove my last Tacoma for 10 Years and wanted to get back in another Tacoma when I had the opportunity. I saw a Tacoma on Auto Trader matching the features I wanted at Parks Toyota and drove over an hour to see the truck. It wasn't until signing that I found the Dealer added $3000 for some service package "Parks Plus" that was mandatory that I was unable to remove. I asked several times to have it removed and the dealership refused. My sales agent was very nice, I like my truck but I don't think a dealership should list a price online that doesn't include a mandatory %10 fee. This was separate from any certified pre-own warranty, dealer fee, extended manufacturers warrantee, etc. If you are like me and trying to finance part of your purchase a 10% increase on purchase price can really affect your payment. Unless you absolutely can't find your vehicle anywhere else I would pick another dealership.

They abuse seniors and try to take advantage of them. They kept playing bait and switch with payments They also did the old "you better calm down" game while standing blocking the door and blocking the ability to leave. They were a team with sales, management, and staff all playing a part. They agreed to a price and payments, we signed they did not, and they had us get insurance cards knowing that they were not going honor their statements and figures .
