Shane greeted me when I arrived at his station. He's was very friendly. He told me about the little restaurant in the dealership. I went and checked it out. A short time later he discussed the evaluation and any recommendations for my vehicle. Not long after that, I was on my way home. He’s always been friendly and helpful.

I brought my Rav4 Hybrid in for recall work on the rear camera. The camera worked well prior to the recall, so I expect it will continue to work well in the future. Shane was waiting for me at the service desk. He told me how long the work should take and then pointed out the quiet room when he saw that I had a book in hand. An overall good experience.
