I own a 2006 Toyota Prius and thought that the best thing to do would be to the dealership for the 1st time ever with any car because I beloeved they know most...I was wrong!!!!
My car had a check engine light on and wanted to get new tires but first take care of the check engine since I live right next to Toyota about 1.6 miles away. car ran great this was my first experience at any dealership because I can't afford going to a dealership to pay but I want
At 1st I was excited to have them professionally take care of my car and my car literally broke down for the third time in 7 days after paying BOB 2K. his famous words (Bob Olson) is keep your fingers crossed. is that what a dealership says to a customer whenever they do work? in seven days after a check engine light popped up again AND AGAIN with the same problems they say they had fixed to begin with. My Prius was running great before BRINGING it in and now I could barely drive it BEFORE BREAKING DOWN..after bringing it to them THE 3RD TIME and Olson wants to charge me AGAIN within a week for the check engine LIGHT
I could do is warn all and be very cautious when dealing with this company specifically. I would like an email back immediately and my car to be running as I was told without say, w.s running fine before I brought it to Wallingford Toyota and still just wanted to take care of the problem whatever was causing it.
I was charged $2000 after dropping it off twice and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot about 1 mile up the road the second time again the check engine light popped up after the received payment the check engine light would turn on after riding for about 1 mile literally 3x in 1 week.the only words that would come out of his mouth was keep your fingers crossed. How could you say that to a customer that showed up three times and as soon as you pull out after paying $2,000 the same problem is still there.! whoever worked on my car damaged it instead of fixed it three times over. I had to spend hundreds on Uber rides with my children and all they would do is put a part in and reset the code so that when I pulled out they would pop back on and every time I spoke to him he would say keep your fingers crossed. I've never been to a dealership and had the worst experience ever. all he has to say to me again was "kEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED"!!! and for me to pull back in to pay more and that's what I did twice and now they want to do it a third time tomorrow.
I am truly scared to drop my car off and don't know if I can trust BOB OLSON again to drop off unless I'm standing right there staring at the car while they're testing it. And every time out of the 3X all he would say is keep your fingers crossed that's what I get for $2,000. I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't contacted for all the reviews I'm writinone em somn back or calls me from this establishment so I don't have to go on every single site and write paragraphs and reviews and go through all of this right now. It was a huge mistake bringing it there as of this moment. So I used my portable jumper cables to get back to him and again I get keep your fingers crossed bring it back in the morning and I won't be charged to look at it but obviously that means he's going to want to charge me more and saysayr things are wrong that weren't wrong when he first got the car. Just imagine having a check engine light come on three times in one week driving it no more than 20 miles and I only live a half a mile up the road and it turned on each time when I'm leaving when I'm just about to get to my house so I have to park it out back and make an appointment and bring it back in for them to recharge me again reset the codes and tell me to keep my fingers crossed."I'm SHOCKED THAT BOB OLSON COULD JUST SAY KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED 3xs and admit h

The team at T.O.W. Made my car buying experience painless and enjoyable. Hands down the most well managed dealership that I've been to, and I've been to many. If you live in Connecticut and you're looking for a Toyota, don't hesitate to stop here. The entire team will bend over backwards to serve you. They're professional. I purchased a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport from Isaac. They didn't have the color I wanted, So Dave was able to locate the exact match and give me an estimated delivery date. I've never laughed and enjoyed signing for a finance loan in my life! Definitely a first! Thank you to the team for the amazing experience. Keep doing what you are doing.
