Sadie greeted us immediately and showed us the Tacoma I Force Hybrid on showroom floor. She explained everything about the vehicle and brought a Tacoma Hybrid to test drive. We went to her desk and discussed our trade in. The dealership came back with a fair trade. And we discussed the numbers that wexeiukd be comfortable either way and after getting us approved we went to Finance within 5-10 minutes. Finance was awesome. Did not take very long to finish up. This was the fastest vehicle buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure with the Sadie in Sales or Rebecca in Finance. We would definitely Recommend this dealership and Sadie and Rebecca.

We had heard from another dealership that they were not to be trusted? Went on line to acquire about a vehicle and Sadie responded very quickly.drove over to see the vehicle and ended up driving out with a new Tacoma. Everything about our experience was so easy no pressure from Sadie or finance. Would definitely recommend this Toyota dealer to anyone needed a vehicle. I would buy from this dealer because of the way Sadie treated us. We have bought a lot of vehicle over the years and this transaction was the fastest we have ever had. 10 out of 10

I spoke to Travis over the phone re: our Toyota Sienna having check engine, AWD and TRAC light on. My husband was driving on I-70 when light came on. He was on his way to pick up our boys from college. Travis stated he did not have time to work on our van till Tuesday (if work was needed) but my husband could bring the van by, and he could check the codes/lights. The diagnosis was that an oil change was possibly warranted but to have our local dealership check it out once he returned. I just want to thank Travis for his time over the phone with me and with my husband in person. Western Slope Toyota has a great employee working for them!
