The experience and service was horrible.
The experience and service was horrible. Time management, communication, value, warranty claims we just some of the horrible parts of our experience. To begin there was no communication of the progress of our vehicle, the manager came to ensure everyone was satisfied… but when I confronted him he promised to get an update and never came back, after an hour and a half I had to seek information. After looking at the vehicle the manager asked if I wanted to continue with any repairs to which I decided not to and just continue with the recalls. Finally when I received message that me vehicle was finished, upon getting to the desk Jordan “prematurely” text me to let me know it was ready- followed by a pretty significant bill, which later came out the Bighorn Toyota did not submit the claim to warranty because it “didn’t qualify”. The customer service I experienced… well, I stood outside Peter that service managers door as he and Jordan (front desk guy) talk about pricing where they then talked about how they were pretty sure the issue with my wipers was that I was not putting the low temperature fluid in, so they should keep that charge. Unwilling to take anyone of their xx charges off, including assessing the shock which were noted 11 months prior as leaking because “they already have looked at them for free”. Bighorn Toyota customer was terrible, after previously purchasing FOUR vehicles from them, this will be out last Toyota and we encourage anyone seeking service to not go to BIGHORN TOYOTA as you could experience the same service.

Jeff Jones helped me get my dream 4runner
Jeff Jones at Big Horn Toyota was so helpful when I wanted to get a 4runner. I was able to order the car of my dreams and Jeff was attentive throughout the entire process. From the color, options, aftermarket lift, tires and wheels, Jeff was able to make it all happen. If you’re looking to buy a new Toyota I highly recommend asking for Jeff Jones. He’ll not only keep you informed and answer any questions you have with ease, but he’ll make the entire experience enjoyable.

Vehicle damaged during service
VEHICLE DAMAGE DURING SERVICE On the morning of April 28th, I brought my 2021 tundra into Bighorn Toyota for a service appointment. When I left the dealership there was a deep scratch on the hood of the truck that was not there prior to the appointment. After I provided photos of the damage on 4.28.22, multiple unreasonable conversations with Roger Yount (Service Director), and the dealership's failure to produce evidence and/or documentation of the damage prior to the service I received an email from Roger denying responsibility. Rogers email on 5.11.22 at 7:36 am “I am certain this did not happen while your vehicle was here. Bighorn Toyota will not be accepting any responsibility for the damage to your hood.” As a Toyota owner for life, I’m concerned and disappointed in the way I was treated during this experience. I urge Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A, and Bighorn Toyota to investigate Roger Yount’s belligerent behavior as I am confident that I am not the only customer that has had this experience.
